Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

• Locate the return phone number printed on your package along with the return guidelines.
• Call that number with your order details to obtain your return authorization and shipping instructions.
• Pack the item securely and ship it as instructed. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

👉 Important Note for Shapewear:

We adhere to a No Return, No Exchange policy for shapewear. Since shapewear is intimate wear, accepting returns or exchanges goes against our stringent hygiene policy.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

• Returns due to change of mind, comfort preference, or user-induced damage
• Issues reported after 7 days of delivery
• Shapewear and other intimate wear products (due to hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Metro & Major Cities: Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Other Locations: Delivery may take 5–10 working days, depending on your area and courier service availability.

Remote Areas: For some remote locations, delivery times may be longer. If your address is not serviceable, our team will contact you.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size, and will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.
